The purpose of this activity is the preparation of an academic study document for the formation of an asset management UPT at the Surakarta City BPKAD.

Providing information and presenting documents regarding the formation of UPT;
Provides a clear picture of the structure of the UPT managing BPKAD assets;
Providing guidelines regarding work procedures and job descriptions at the UPT managing assets in Surakarta City.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
Collecting secondary information and data through various relevant sources;
Collecting primary information and data through meetings, conferences and interviews with relevant stakeholders;
Reviewing regulations related to the formation of the UPT for managing assets of the Surakarta City BPKAD;
Compiling academic studies proposal for the formation of a UPT for managing assets of the Surakarta City BPKAD;
Provide assistance and verification of preparation academic study of the proposed formation of a UPT with the Organizational Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Surakarta City Government;
Compile preliminary reports;
Drafting a mayoral regulation (perwali) regarding the position, organizational structure, duties and functions and work procedures of the technical implementation unit for asset management;
Discuss and refine draft regulation of the guardian concerning the position, organizational structure, duties and functions and work procedures of the technical implementing unit for asset management;
Prepare the final report.
