MADEP’s origins date to 1982 in Makassar. The company has operated as PT Multi Area Desentralisasi Pembangunan (MADEP) since 16 August 2004.
Its portfolio spans assignments for central and local government, private organisations and international development institutions. MADEP brings together sector knowledge, service capability and technical expertise according to each assignment’s needs.

President Director
Dika Rinakuki
One of MADEP’s co-founders, Dika holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from IPB. Her experience covers project management, marketing, planning and training in export-import practices and agriculture.
Director
Teguh Handoko
Teguh joined MADEP in 2011 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the University of Indonesia. His multidisciplinary work includes public health, organisational and human-resource development, surveys, research, agriculture and project management.
