This assignment assesses the need and feasibility of establishing an engineering and services consultancy business unit within BP Batam.
The study considers how the proposed unit could support other business units through business studies, feasibility studies, survey and investigation design, detailed engineering design and related technical services. The scope includes identifying the documentation and resources needed to improve infrastructure and service development.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this study is to provide an analysis of the needs and feasibility of establishing an SBU for Technical Consultants and Services based on existing advantages and potential to increase the acceleration of SBU work at the Deputy for Business.
The expected objective is the formation of a Technical Consultant SBU in the Deputy for Business which has the main task and function of creating and providing business study documents, FS, SID and DED which are needed by the SBU to optimize the acceleration of infrastructure and service improvements in the Deputy for Business. Target: This activity is every SBU BP Batam.
The scope of work
Prepare the necessary documents and completeness in order to establish business feasibility, feasibility study (FS), Design Investigation Survey (SID) and detail engineering design (DED), as well as other technical services required by the Deputy for Business.
