Description of Assignment:
The scope of work Public Health Service Study with Hospital Services/ Public Health Service System Analysis in Hospitals, including:
Obtaining the condition of Public Health Service governance with RSCAM services and its future improvements;
Obtaining the results of the business evaluation of outpatient and inpatient service processes at RSCAM;
Produce information about RSCAM SIM applications and their development potential;
Obtain information about RSCAM’s human resource capacity, technological infrastructure and work culture;
Obtaining strategies to facilitate service users from the initial process to the final process, both outpatient and inpatient;
Knowing the ideal time for customers from the initial phase to the end according to RSCAM capacity; and
Produces information on average service times for each outpatient service unit in the main services and supporting services at RSCAM;
Estimate the time that can be saved on repairing the RSCAM SIM application;
Obtaining information on participant perceptions of medical and non-medical services that need to be improved, which can be implemented through the application; and
Know the current RSCAM complaint handling strategy.
