This assignment develops managerial competency standards for South Tangerang City Government departments.
The scope includes analysis of job tasks, individual competency requirements and organizational needs. Standards address integrity, leadership, planning and organizing, teamwork, flexibility and competencies specific to each field of work.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of carrying out the procurement of management consulting services to compile the Managerial Competency Standards document for SKPD within the South Tangerang City Government in 2016 is to provide an understanding of the work and the scope of work implementation. In addition, this work reference framework (TOR) is intended to facilitate third parties (consultants) in understanding the work that is the target so that the work can be carried out optimally.
Meanwhile, the objectives of carrying out the work of Preparing Managerial Competency Standards in SKPD within the South Tangerang City Government in 2016 can be explained as follows:
- Conducting the Preparation of Managerial Competency Standards in SKPD within the South Tangerang City Government in 2016 based on job competency principles;
- Conducting the Preparation of Managerial Competency Standards in SKPD within the South Tangerang City Government in 2016 which contain basic competencies including integrity, leadership, planning and organizing, cooperation, and flexibility and field standards obtained from the results of detailed tasks which are then analyzed to obtain the main activities;
- Conducting individual job competency analysis and organizational competency needs.
