This assignment develops horticulture business plans for PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII, including a refocused strategy and feasibility studies for integrated medicinal plant production and fruit nurseries.
The work combines primary and secondary research, mapping of existing cultivation areas, SWOT and competitive analysis, and assessment of internal and external conditions. Deliverables include business portfolio roadmaps, practical business models and studies of new development opportunities.
Description of Assignment:
PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Horticulture Business Plan Preparation Consulting Services include:
- Compilation Refocussing strategic plan for horticultural development;
- Preparation of feasibility studies for large-scale integrated Biopharmaceutical plantations;
- Preparation of feasibility studies nursery large scale fruit;
The method for preparing the Strategic Plan (Renstra), Biopharmaceuticals and Nursery uses both primary and secondary data as relevant support in the SWOT Analysis and Business Competition in the Horticulture, Biopharmaceuticals and Nursery sectors.
The scope of work that must be completed is to create a Strategic Plan and Feasibility Study (FS) containing the following components:
- Collection and analysis of data on existing areas of fruit plants (horticultural area mapping);
- Conducting a study of internal and external factors;
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for the horticulture, biopharmaceutical and fruit nursery business portfolio;
- Creating a business model for horticulture, biopharmaceuticals and fruit nurseries that can be implemented (applicable) and is able to provide optimal benefits;
- Conducting studies on new business development in the fields of horticulture, biopharmaceuticals and fruit nurseries
