This assignment supports performance improvement in lower-performing districts and health centres under the NICE project.
The scope includes agreed assistance and improvement plans, mentoring for at least one health centre in each selected district, implementation support at health centre and village levels, monitoring, and evaluation using cluster surveys. Workshops consolidate progress, lessons and recommendations for other regions and programmes.
Description of Assignment:
The aim of this NICE District Performance Improvement and Health Centers through Audit Program 2012 Project is to improve the performance of the Nice project districts/cities that have low performance with assistance methods, so that at the end of the project to achieve the intended objectives.
- At the central level: developed and agreed on assistance plans for low-performing districts
- Developed and agreed to performance improvement plans in each selected district.
- Implemented to mentor at least one health center in each selected district
- Implemented with performance improvement plans in health centers and villages
- Implemented monitoring of performance improvement implementation for each selected district
- Conduct evaluation using cluster surveys in each selected district.
- Conduct workshops as learning centers for other regions and/or other projects.
- Workshop at the central level: achieving performance improvements from each selected district and recommendations as lessons learned in other areas.
