Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

PT Multi Area Desentralisasi Pembangunan (MADEP) operates https://madep-indonesia.co.id. This notice describes how information submitted through our website contact form is handled.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, organisation if provided, inquiry type, message and any files you choose to attach. The server also uses your IP address and contact details to prevent abuse and limit repeated submissions. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless necessary.

How we use and store information

We use this information to verify your email address, receive and respond to inquiries, manage supporting documents and protect the contact form. A one-time verification code is sent by email and expires after 15 minutes. Contact details and messages may be sent to MADEP’s designated email recipients and recorded in a Google Sheet; attachments may be stored in Google Drive. Hosting and email service providers process information as needed to operate the site and deliver messages.

Google account integration

When an authorised MADEP administrator connects a Google account, the website requests access to Google Drive and Google Sheets to create inquiry folders, upload submitted attachments and record inquiry details. Access continues until revoked or otherwise invalidated. The account owner can revoke access in their Google Account security settings; this may stop the Drive and Sheets integration.

Cookies and third-party content

The site may use cookies and similar technology for WordPress login, security and site operation. Embedded content or third-party services may receive technical information according to their own privacy policies.

Retention and your requests

Inquiry records and attachments may remain in email, Google Drive, Google Sheets and backups until reviewed or removed by MADEP. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, contact us at madep@madep.co.id. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where necessary for administrative, security or legal reasons.
