This assignment evaluates the National Library's 2020–2024 Strategic Plan and strengthens the evidence available for institutional planning and performance review.
The scope includes secondary data collection, regulatory review, analysis of implementation, preparation of the draft evaluation and refinement of the final document. The work also supports staff capacity and management understanding of strategic-plan evaluation.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is the preparation of the evaluation document for the 2020-2024 National Library Strategic Plan based on the evaluation results.
The objective of this activity are:
- Increasing awareness among work unit leaders and program and activity managers related to the implementation of the National Library’s restra evaluation;
- Improving the human resource capacity of the National Library in the context of evaluating the National Library’s strategic plan.
The scope of work This Consulting Services work consists of :
- Collecting secondary information and data through various relevant sources;
- Reviewing regulations related to the evaluation of the 2020-2024 National Library Strategic Plan;
- Compiling an analysis of the evaluation of the 2020-2024 National Library Strategic Plan;
- Drafting the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan evaluation draft;
- Drafting improvements and refinements to the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan evaluation draft.
