This assignment measures public satisfaction with services provided by the Bekasi Regency Regional Revenue Agency. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) provides evidence for improving service systems, procedures and quality.
The scope includes surveys of taxpayers, collection of supporting organizational and service data, review of existing operating standards, identification and analysis of survey requirements, and preparation of the index and reports. Activities also include personnel planning, scheduling and coordination of survey implementation.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose The aim of this activity is to obtain a picture/public opinion about the quality of public services provided by government officials as material for determining policies in order to improve the quality of services to the public.
Target: The compilation of the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) within the Bekasi Regency Regional Revenue Agency is as follows: (i) to determine the system, mechanism and service procedures, so that they can be carried out in a quality, efficient and effective manner; (ii) to improve the quality of public services in a sustainable manner.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
Collecting data from Taxpayers at the Bekasi Regency Regional Revenue Agency
Conducting a survey of related data
Compiling reports related to work implementation including:
- Placement and assignment of tasks to personnel
- Prepare a work implementation schedule
- Developing a work organizational structure
Preparation of the IKM, particularly the collection of relevant secondary data such as the Office’s duties and functions, organizational structure, and job descriptions for each type of assignment.
Identification of operating standards currently in place (if any).
