Description of Assignment:
The purpose of implementing this work is to formulate a competency assessment instrument that is in line with the BPKP Strategic Plan for 2020-2024.
The scope of this activity is:
1) Designing policies and measuring tools for assessing technical competency for all critical functional positions at BPKP;
2) Formulate robust technical competency policies and measuring tools that can be implemented effectively to assess all required technical competencies for all BPKP employees;
3) Validate the proposed technical competency assessment tool by conducting a trial sampling for all critical job levels.
