- The objective The implementation of this work is:
- Designing and building the Human Resources Management Application System for the South Tangerang City Government Apparatus;
- Conducting reviews and finalization of Job Analysis, Workload Analysis and Job Evaluation;
- Conducting application implementation trials and application usage training;
- Inputting data into the application database.
