This assignment provides employee counselling and coaching for the BLU Funding Division within the BPJT Secretariat.
The scope includes assessing job fit, supporting performance improvement and helping employees address stress arising from work and personal circumstances.
Description of Assignment:
The scope of work contained in this ToR provides a general description of all activities within the project. The scope of work is outlined in great detail, making it easier for the consultant to carry out the work.
Objective:
- Conduct counseling to determine the suitability of the position of BLU BP SET BPJT employees;
- Conduct coaching to improve the performance of BLU BP SET BPJT employees; and
- Conduct counseling to address the impact of various problems semployee stress, both triggered by problems on the job and off the job.
