This assignment assesses organizational culture within the Surakarta City Government, including alignment between employees' personal values and organizational values. The findings are intended to inform improvements in civil service management and workplace culture.
Activities include survey instruments and evaluation guidelines, staff briefings, surveys of civil servants and regional public service agency employees, data analysis, validation meetings or focus groups, recommendations and reporting.

The objective of activity This Consulting Service is as follows:
- Provide me informationnalignment between personal and organizational values;
- Obtain an evaluation of the implementation of work culture in the companynSurakarta City Government environment; and
- Obtain recommendations for improvement efforts that need to be made to develop the implementation of work culture in the future.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
- Compile instrument plansandn which is used in the context of evaluating the implementation of work culture within the Surakarta City Government;
- Develop guidelines for procedures for evaluating the implementation of work culture;
- Conducting outreach on how to evaluate the implementation of work culture to all regional apparatus and work units within the Surakarta City Government;
- Conducting a work culture survey for State Civil Apparatus and BLUD employees within the Surakarta City Government;
- Conducting data processing on the results of the Work Culture survey;
- Conducting reconfirmation of data collection results in the form of meetings and/or Focus Group Discussion;
- Provide assistance in the implementation of work culture evaluation;
- Conducting data analysis on the results of the evaluation of the implementation of work culture in Regional Devices and the Surakarta City Government;
- Formulate recommendations for improvement efforts that need to be made to develop the implementation of work culture in the future; and
- Prepare the report.
