This assignment prepares a background study on family development and sports for the 2025–2045 National Long-Term Development Plan and the 2025–2029 National Medium-Term Development Plan.
The study reviews previous development achievements, establishes baseline information, and identifies strategic challenges and stakeholder perspectives. It develops options for priority programmes, policy directions, strategies, indicators and targets, together with the regulatory, institutional, financing, staffing and infrastructure arrangements needed for implementation.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of the implementation of consulting services Background Study The preparation of the 2025-2045 RPJPN and the 2025-2029 RPJMN in the Family and Sports Sector is in order to explore and gather the views and understanding of stakeholders in the family and sports sector regarding the formulation Background Study for the preparation of the 2025-2045 RPJPN and 2025-2029 RPJMN in the Family and Sports sectors.
The objective of this activity are as follows:
- Availability of data and information on situation analysis, strategic issues, problems and challenges faced in development in the family and sports sectors;
- Availability of baseline data and information on development achievements in the family and sports sectors during the 2020-2024 RPJMN and 2005-2025 RPJPN periods;
- The formulation of alternative concepts for the scope, programs and priority activities for development in the family and sports sectors in the 2025-2029 RPJMN period and in the 2025-2045 RPJPN period;
- The formulation of alternative concepts for targets, policy directions and strategies for implementing family and sports development in the 2025-2029 RPJMN period and in the 2025-2045 RPJPN period;
- The preparation of alternative concepts for regulatory frameworks, institutions, funding, human resources, facilities and infrastructure for development in the family and sports sectors as input in the preparation of the 2025-2029 RPJMN and the 2025-2045 RPJPN.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
- Conduct baseline identification of RPJPN 2025-2045 data and achievement information RPJMN 2020-2024 and RPJPN 2005-2025 as an accurate basis and reference in compilation background study;
- Identifying problems and strategic issues faced in implementation development of the family and sports sectors during this time and during the RPJMN period 2025 2029 and in the 2025 2045 RPJPN period;
- Develop alternative concepts for formulating priority development programs and activities medium-term family and sports sector in the 2025-2029 RPJMN period and long term in the 2025-2045 RPJPN period;
- Develop alternative concepts for policy directions, strategies, goals, indicators and targets implementation of family and sports development in the 2025-2029 RPJMN period and in the 2025-2045 RPJPN period;
- Develop alternative concepts for regulatory, institutional, funding frameworks, human resources, facilities and infrastructure for family development and sports as input in the preparation of the 2025-2029 RPJMN and the 2025 RPJPN 2045.
