This assignment supports BPMP in Jambi in implementing the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology's strategic and priority programmes. It combines regional policy implementation with institutional capacity development and partnerships to sustain the Merdeka Belajar programme.
The scope includes work planning, advocacy and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, risk mitigation and resolution of stakeholder issues. Activities also include staff coaching and training, transfer of knowledge to civil servants, and development of partnerships across the education sector.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose The activities include mentoring BBPMP and BPMP to accelerate both the work process and the results of the strategic and priority work programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, support for the transformation of BBPMP and BPMP through Human Resource development and assisting BBPMP and BPMP in opening networks with external parties for the sustainability of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology’s priority programs.
The objective The purpose of this Consulting Services activity is to support the achievement of strategic programs and priorities of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through the performance of BBPMP and BPMP so that they can be accepted and implemented in regions throughout the provinces, districts/cities in Indonesia.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
- Preparation of expert/service work program plans consultancy related to advocacy activities, mentoring, mitigation risks, as well as monitoring and evaluation in the Province area Jambi;
- Implementation of advocacy, mentoring, risk mitigation, and monitoring and evaluation from the Center to the Regions in the region Jambi Province;
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve, and provide solutions to obstacles/challenges that occurs in the implementation of advocacy, assistance, and monitoring and evaluation;
- Facing issues, challenges, and conflict resolution that potential to occur between stakeholders;
- Implementation of Capacity Development activities (capacity building) Human Resources (HR) of BBPMP/BPMP through various mentoring approaches/coaching/training (IHT), and others;
- Transferring knowledge to ASN at BBPMP/BPMP regarding Advocacy and Mentoring activities to stakeholders and development of Human Resources (HR);
- Opening and building BBPMP/BPMP cooperation with the partiesexternal (Education Ecosystem) for the sake of ensure the implementation of the sustainability of the Independent Learning Policy program;
- Implementation of other tasks that support the strategic and priority work programs carried out by BBPMP/BPMP.
