This assignment monitors and evaluates implementation of the Surakarta City Government's electronic-based government system (SPBE), with reference to its 2021–2026 business process maps.
The scope includes regulatory review, data collection and stakeholder interviews, alignment of SPBE and organizational process maps, maturity assessment, discussion of proposed revisions, and reporting.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this consulting service activity is preparation of monitoring and evaluation documents in implementing SPBE in line with the Surakarta City Government’s business process map for 2021-2026.
The objective of These consulting service activities include:
- Provide information and present documents on monitoring and evaluation of business process maps. SPBE;
- Increasing the effectiveness of regional apparatus within the Surakarta City Government in implementing SPBE.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
- Mengumpulkan secondary information and data through various relevant sources;
- Collecting primary information and data through meetings, conferences and interviews with relevant stakeholders;
- Reviewing regulations related to monitoring and evaluation of SPBE business process maps within the Surakarta City Government;
- Reviewing and harmonizing the Surakarta City Government’s SPBE business process map for 2021 – 2026 and the Surakarta City Government’s business process map for 2021 – 2026;
- Compile preliminary reports;
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation following maturity;
- Compile reports between;
- Discuss and refine the revised Surakarta City Government SPBE business process map for 2021 – 2026; and
- Prepare the final report.
