The scope includes collecting primary and secondary data, developing process maps from the highest organizational level through detailed processes and subprocesses, and mapping relationships between units. Draft maps are validated with stakeholders and finalized through client consultations and reporting.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is compile a business process map at the National Nutrition Agency that describes the effective and efficient working relationship between organizational units within the National Nutrition Agency (BGN).
The objective of this consulting assignment is as follows:
- Compiling a map of the main business processes of the National Nutrition Agency which includes: the flow of interrelationships and relationship patterns between the main process affairs within the National Nutrition Agency organization which are arranged in levels starting from level 0 (zero) which are then described at the process and sub-process levels as well as a relationship map;
- Compiling a map of the National Nutrition Agency’s supporting business processes which includes: the flow of interrelationships and relationship patterns between supporting process matters within the National Nutrition Agency organization which are arranged in levels starting from level 0 (zero) which are then described at the process and sub-process levels as well as a relationship map.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
- Conducting secondary and primary data collection which forms the basis for implementing the preparation of the National Nutrition Agency’s business process map;
- Compiling a business process map based on the main and supporting business process maps which are broken down into sub-processes and relationship maps between organizational units;
- Validate the results of the preparation of the BGN business process map;
- Conducting consultations with the support team and job users;
- Prepare work implementation reports in accordance with the quality and quantity stipulated in the Work Implementation Contract.
