This assignment supports volunteer human resource planning and implementation for the 20th National Sports Week (PON XX) in Papua in 2021.
The scope includes technical documents and an implementation concept for volunteer recruitment, communication, training, deployment and management. Activities also include inception and preparation meetings, technical briefings and supporting operational documentation.

Purpose and Objectives of the Activity
- Assistance in preparing technical documents and concepts for implementing activities in the field of human resources (HR), especially regarding volunteers;
- Assistance in the implementation of HR activities, especially in the process of socialization, recruitment, training, distribution and management of volunteers by professionals who are experts in their fields.
The scope of work
- Carrying out volunteer management consulting for the 2021 Papua National Sports Week;
- Conducting the Inaugural Meeting, Technical Guidance, and Preparatory Meeting for volunteers for the 2021 Papua National Sports Week;
- Creating Technical Documents to Support Volunteer Preparation Activities for the 2021 Papua National Sports Week.
