The purpose of The activities of this consulting service are availability of job classes for structural positions, executive positions and functional positions within the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) to be used as a basis for implementing various human resource management (HR) subsystems, particularly in determining employee salaries or remuneration.
The scope of work job evaluation document preparation consultancy activities are consultancy activities which consist of problem formulation activities (focusing), formulation of objectives (formulating objective), data collection (collecting data), data analysis (data analysist) and reporting (reporting) in the form of a Job Evaluation document in accordance with the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 34 of 2011.
