This assignment provides psychological testing and interviews for the second-stage selection of Nusantara Sehat health workers. It supports selection of candidates with the competencies required for deployment to remote, border and island areas, including new and returning participants.
The assessment process uses online delivery during the pandemic and includes psychological tests, group discussions and interviews. The source scope also addresses candidates assigned to support the COVID-19 response.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of the Psychological Test and Interview Administration Services (Stage II Selection) for prospective Indonesian Health Workers Sehat is as input for leaders in making decisions to determine (select) prospective Nusantara Sehat health workers according to the desired criteria, both for new participants and for post-assignment Nusantara Sehat participants.
The objective The purpose of the Psychological Test and Interview Administration Services (Stage II Selection) for prospective Nusantara Sehat Health Workers is to produce Nusantara Sehat Health Workers in accordance with the expected competencies and criteria to be placed in Health Service Facilities in remote and very remote areas, especially in DTPK Districts/Cities spread throughout Indonesia.
Due to the pandemic, the recruitment process will be conducted online, with the same procedures: psychological assessments, group discussions, interviews, and psychological assessments. In addition to remote locations, prospective healthcare workers will also be assigned to handle COVID-19.
