This assignment develops a performance-based assessment system for structural and work-unit officials within the Directorate General of Highways.
The scope includes reviewing assessment materials, developing criteria and an integrated application covering work units and commitment-making officers, conducting implementation workshops, and refining the application in response to feedback. The system supports more systematic and measurable selection decisions.
Description of Assignment:
The objectives of this work are (i) Achieving effectiveness and efficiency in the selection of Structural Officials and Work Units; (ii) Improving the quality of professionalism of Civil Servants within the Directorate General of Highways who have competitive advantages. While the purpose of the activity is to implement the norms for appointing Civil Servants in structural positions and work units in a systematic and measurable manner, which is able to create professional structural officials within the Directorate General of Highways.
The quality target achieved is the preparation of a calculation of the assessment criteria for structural officials and work units based on performance to support national road management within the Directorate General of Highways, which will later be used as material by the leadership in selecting structural officials and work units.
The scope of work activities for the Structural Official and Work Unit Performance-based Assessment System includes:
Review and analyze documents containing materials for performance-based assessment of structural officials and work units.
Create a Performance-Based Structural Official and Work Unit Criteria Assessment System that is integrated down to the smallest Work Unit (Work Unit and PPK) within the Directorate General of Highways.
Conducting a Workshop on the Application of Performance-Based Structural Official and Work Unit Criteria Assessment Applications to all Work Units within the Directorate General of Highways.
- Refining the application based on the input obtained from the workshop that was successfully implemented.
