Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is to pilot education and training for planning staff in the education sector at the central and regional levels. The pilot study was conducted to assess developments and dynamics in educational development program planning. This information can then be used to develop an ideal education and training plan for planning staff. This activity aims to:
- Conducting the preparation of training and education modules for improving human resource planning that are in accordance with current conditions and developments.
- Benchmarking against education and training planning patterns used by other countries
- Conducting ToT for prospective trainers who will provide training to planning human resources at the central and regional levels.
