This assignment supports organizational transformation at the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK). It examines the Agency's duties, functions, authority and relationships with other institutions to inform an effective organizational design.
The scope includes data collection, organizational assessment, restructuring proposals, stakeholder discussions and refinement of the proposals. Deliverables include inception and final reports documenting the proposed structure and arrangements.
Description of Assignment:
Activity it consists of outputs that include output and outcome, as follows:
- Output: namely a report document on the results of compiling organizational transformation which contains i) mapping of tasks, functions, roles, authority, a map of relationships with other ministries/institutions in the implementation of government affairs, ii) results of organizational assessment, and iii) proposed organizational arrangement design.
- Outcome: namely the realization of an LPSK organization that has the right function, the right size (right size), precise processes and optimal in providing services to the community.
The scope of work This activity consists of several activities, namely:
- Collection of data and information;
- Preparation of Preliminary Report;
- Preparation of organizational restructuring proposals;
- Meeting to Discuss the Proposed Organizational Restructuring;
- Improvement of the proposed organizational restructuring;
- Preparation of the final report
