Provide guidelines regarding work procedures and job descriptions at the Serang Regency Asset Management Unit.

Collecting secondary information and data through various relevant sources;
Collecting primary information and data through meetings, conferences and interviews with relevant stakeholders;
Menandregulations related to the formation of UPTD BPKAD Asset Manager of Serang Regency;
Prepare the Inception Report;
Compiling Academic Studies Usulan Pembentukan UPTD BPKAD Asset Manager of Serang Regency;
Provide assistance and verification of preparation Academic Study on the Proposed Establishment of a Technical Implementation Unit with the Organizational Section of the Regional Secretariat of the Serang Regency Government;
