This assignment develops job maps for the Dumai City Government, identifying job titles, grades, current staffing and personnel requirements.
The scope includes a list of job grades and a job-factor information matrix for each position, prepared with reference to the applicable civil service and bureaucratic reform requirements.
Description of Assignment:
The objective of this activity is for mIdentifying the names of positions within the Dumai City Government to be arranged in the form of a position map that provides information on the position class, number of position holders and employee needs for each position.
scope of work This includes the following activities, namely:
- Mapping and compiling a list of job classes for each job name; and
- Compile a matrix of job factor information for each job title in accordance with the provisions of the Ministerial Regulation of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. (PAN-RB) related to the proposed job class.
