The purpose The aim of this activity is to develop an Employee Performance Assessment System and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) within the BLU-Funding Sector of the BPJT Secretariat.
The objective The purpose of this activity is to provide guidance within the BLU-Funding Sector of the BPJT Secretariat in assessing the performance of BLU BP Set BPJT employees, in an effort to optimize all available resources and information to achieve organizational goals effectively, efficiently and accountably.
