This assignment supports BBPMP in West Sumatra in implementing the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology's strategic and priority programmes. It combines regional policy implementation with institutional capacity development and partnerships to sustain the Merdeka Belajar programme.
The scope includes work planning, advocacy and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, risk mitigation and resolution of stakeholder issues. Activities also include staff coaching and training, transfer of knowledge to civil servants, and development of partnerships across the education sector.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is mentoring to the BBPMP of West Sumatra Province to accelerate both work processes and results for strategic and priority work programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, support for the transformation of the BBPMP of West Sumatra Province through Human Resource development and assisting the BBPMP of West Sumatra Province in opening networks with external parties for the sustainability of the priority programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
The objective of this consulting assignment is to support the achievement of strategic programs and priorities of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through the performance of the West Sumatra Province BBPMP so that it can be accepted and implemented in all districts/cities in West Sumatra Province.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
- Preparation of work program plans for expert staff/consulting services related to advocacy activities, mentoring, risk mitigation, and monitoring and evaluation in the Sumatra Province region Barat.
- Implementation of advocacy, mentoring, risk mitigation, and monitoring and evaluation from the Center to the Regions in the region West Sumatra Province.
- Risk identification and mitigation.
- Mfacing issues, challenges, and conflict resolution that potentially occur between stakeholders.
- Implementation of Capacity Development activities (capacity building) Human Resources (HR) of the Provincial BBPMP West Sumatra through various approaches mentoring/coaching/training (IHT), and others.
- Transferring knowledge to ASN at BBPMP West Sumatra Province regarding Advocacy activities, Assistance to Stakeholders and Human Resources (HR) development.
- Opening and building cooperation between provincial BBPMPs West Sumatra with external parties (Ecosystem Education) to ensure the implementation of sustainability Independent Learning Policy program.
- Implementation of other tasks that support the program strategic work and priorities carried out by the Provincial BBPMP Sumatera Barat.
