The purpose The implementation of the Curriculum and Training Module for the Financial Transaction Analyst Functional Position (JFATK) is in order to prepare a curriculum and training module to improve the expertise and technical skills of the Transaction field apparatus.
The objective The purpose of this activity is to develop the curriculum and training modules for the Financial Transaction Analyst Functional Position (JFATK).
The scope of work The activities for the procurement of consultant services for the preparation of JFATK training curricula and modules for the 2019 fiscal year include:
- Identification and analysis of training needs
- Intuitive techniques and Leadership reviews;
- Secondary data analysis;
- DIF analysis;
- Discrepancy model need assessment;
- Rapid rural appraisal and participatory rural appraisal; And
- Focus and nominative group.
- Preparation of materials related to training programs
- Curriculum according to individual needs, position, and organizations;
- Implementation of effective and efficient training programs;
- The training objectives were achieved effectively;
- Training managers can plan Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) activities;
- Effective and efficient training organizers;
- Appointment of professional instructors/facilitators in their fields;
- Widyaiswara prepares PBM according to the Teaching Program Outlines (GBPP);
- Preparation of appropriate teaching materials and training materials;
- Appropriate evaluation instruments; and
- Participants are motivated because the training material is tailored to their needs, position and organization.
