This assignment supports BPMP in West Kalimantan in implementing the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology's strategic and priority programmes. It combines regional policy implementation with institutional capacity development and partnerships to sustain the Merdeka Belajar programme.
The scope includes work planning, advocacy and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, risk mitigation and resolution of stakeholder issues. Activities also include staff coaching and training, transfer of knowledge to civil servants, and development of partnerships across the education sector.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose The activities include mentoring the BPMP of West Kalimantan Province to accelerate both the work process and the results of the strategic and priority work programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, support for the transformation of the BPMP of West Kalimantan Province through Human Resource development and assisting the BPMP of West Kalimantan Province in opening networks with external parties for the sustainability of the priority programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
The objective The purpose of this Consulting Services activity is to support the achievement of strategic programs and priorities of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through the performance of the West Kalimantan Province BPMP so that it can be accepted and implemented in all regions of the province, district/city in Indonesia.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
- Preparation of a work program plan for expert staff/consulting services related to advocacy, mentoring, risk mitigation, and monitoring and evaluation activities in 14 districts/cities in West Kalimantan Province.
- Implementation of advocacy, mentoring, risk mitigation, as well as monitoring and evaluation from the Center to the Regions in the 14 Districts/Cities in West Kalimantan Province.
- Risk identification and mitigation.
- Facing issues, challenges, and potential conflict resolution between stakeholders.
- Implementation of Capacity Development activities (capacity building) Human Resources (HR) of BPMP West Kalimantan Province through various mentoring approaches/coaching/training (IHT), and others.
- Transferring knowledge to ASN at BPMP regarding Advocacy activities, Assistance to Stakeholders and Human Resources (HR) development.
- Opening and building cooperation between the West Kalimantan Provincial BPMP and external parties (Education Ecosystem) to ensure the sustainability of the Independent Learning Policy program.
- Implementation of other tasks that support the strategic and priority work programs carried out by the BPMP of West Kalimantan Province.
