This assignment supports implementation of national education policies through the provincial education quality assurance institution in Jambi, covering 11 regencies and cities.
The work includes programme planning, advocacy and technical assistance to local governments, monitoring and evaluation, risk assessment and mitigation, and resolution of stakeholder issues. It also covers staff development through mentoring, coaching and training, coordination of consultancy activities, and progress reporting.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is to select or procure consultant services for BPMP to accelerate both the work process and the results of the strategic work programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
The objective The purpose of this Consulting Services activity is to support the achievement of the strategic programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through the performance of BPMP so that they can be accepted and implemented in all districts/cities in Jambi Province.
The scope of work The work to be carried out for the Procurement of Consulting Services consists of:
Conduct analysis and report on all consulting work activities at the provincial/district/city level.
Preparation of Consultant work program plan (1 – Level Province) related to the implementation of work programs, policies of the Central Government to the Regional Government of Jambi Province.
Implementation of advocacy, mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation of Central to Regional policies in the Jambi Province area consisting of Jambi City, Jambi Regency Muaro Jambi, Sarolangun Regency, Merangin Regency, Kerinci Regency, Sungaipenuh City, Regency Batanghari, Tebo Regency, Bungo Regency, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, and East Tanjung Jabung Regency.
Risk identification and mitigation.
Facing issues, challenges, and potential conflict resolution between stakeholders.
Implementation of BPMP Human Resources (HR) development activities through various mentoring/coaching/training approaches, etc.
Implementation of other tasks in line with the strategic work program carried out by BPMP.
