This assignment supports staffing-needs planning and calculation of personnel requirements for work units within the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas.
Activities include work planning, a literature review to establish the methodology, collection and processing of supporting data, descriptive and qualitative analysis of staffing needs, and submission of the findings to management.
Description of Assignment:
The objective of this activity is to obtain results from the analysis of needs planning and calculation of employee formations for each work unit within the Ministry of PPN/Bappenas.
The scope of work in this activity, namely:
- Preparation of work activity plans
- At the start of the activity, various meetings will be held to prepare the activity work plan, including the need to recruit support staff.
- Literature study to develop methodology
- The human resources (HR) bureau will review various literature to determine the analysis methodology in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Data Collection and Processing
- The team from the HR Bureau will collect supporting data as analysis material.
- Preparation of analysis
- The team prepared a needs planning analysis and needs formation calculations based on the collected data. The analysis included both descriptive and qualitative analysis.
- Presentation of Results
- The results of the workload analysis are submitted to management.
