This assignment evaluates proposed regional equity participation in Jakarta's regional-owned enterprises. It assesses investment feasibility and opportunities to improve enterprise performance.
The work includes field surveys, in-depth interviews, secondary research and discussions with the technical team. Technical, economic, financial, portfolio, risk and legal analyses are consolidated into feasibility studies for the proposed investments.

Study work on providing investment analysis by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government pThere is a Regionally-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) of DKI Jakarta Province which focuses on a series of activities to compile a feasibility study using the following analysis methods:
- Technical feasibility analysis;
- Economic feasibility analysis;
- Financial feasibility analysis;
- Portfolio analysis;
- Risk analysis; and
- Legal analysis;
In general scope The feasibility study work on the investment plan for regional capital participation in BUMD within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is:
- Conduct primary data collection by conducting field surveys and in-depth interview.
- Collection of secondary data and literature related to the performance and management of BUMD of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
- Conducting data analysis and assessment of the performance of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government’s Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) that have been surveyed and assessing the feasibility of capital participation to optimize BUMD performance using the following analysis methods:
- Technical feasibility analysis;
- Economic feasibility analysis;
- Financial feasibility analysis;
- Portfolio analysis;
- Risk analysis;
- Legal analysis
- Conduct focus group discussion (FGD) attended by the technical team to obtain input related to the performance of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government’s BUMD.
- Preparation of a report in the form of a feasibility study document on the investment plan for Regional Capital Participation to the Regional Owned Enterprises of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
