This assignment develops business process maps and standard operating procedures for the Surakarta City Culture and Tourism Department.
The scope includes primary and secondary data collection, stakeholder consultations, process, subprocess, relationship and cross-functional mapping, draft procedures, review and refinement, and final reporting.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is the preparation of the drafting document business process map of the Surakarta City Culture and Tourism Office.
The objective of These activities include:
- Provide information and present documents about process maps, relationship maps, sub-process maps and cross-functional maps within the Cultural Service and Tourism;
- Produce standard operating procedure documents (SOP) of the Department of Culture and Tourism;
- Improve the effectiveness and work patterns between work units in environment of the Department of Culture and Tourism.
The scope of work This activity is as follows:
- Collection of secondary information and data through various relevant sources;
- Collection of primary information and data through meetings, meetings and interviews with relevant stakeholders;
- Preparation of a draft business process map for the Cultural Service and Tourism;
- Drafting of SOP for the Cultural Service and Tourism;
- Discussion and refinement of the draft business process map;
- Preparation of the final report.
