This assignment aligns macro-level standard operating procedures across the Ministry of Home Affairs. It identifies existing procedures, fills gaps and improves consistency between macro- and micro-level processes.
The scope includes coordination with work units, document review and synchronization, stakeholder workshops, draft validation and final presentations. Deliverables include inception, interim and final reports and the aligned procedure documents.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is the preparation of macro standard operating procedure (SOP) documents within the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri).
The objective of this activity is:
- Identify the existing SOPs in each each work unit within the Ministry of Home Affairs;
- Conduct discussions with each work unit related to macro SOPs within the Ministry of Home Affairs that have or have not been prepared;
- Produce macro SOP alignment results documents Ministry of Home Affairs;
- Improve the effectiveness and work patterns between work units in Ministry of Home Affairs environment.
The scope of work These activities include:
- Identification of macro SOPs that have been prepared in the environment Kemendagri.
- Conducting the preparation of macro SOPs for work units in the Ministry of Home Affairs environment which has not yet carried out the preparation.
- Synchronization of macro and micro SOPs in the environment Ministry of Home Affairs using the application minimal Microsoft Excel.
- Implementation of meetings, gatherings, workshop with involving stakeholders related to the identification results Macro SOPs within the Ministry of Home Affairs and
- Preparation of initial reports, interim reports and reports end.
- Implementation meeting, namely: meeting kick off, confirmation meeting for the draft of the results of the SOP alignment macro, final results presentation meeting.
