This assignment supports the establishment and development of communities of practice within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. These learning communities are intended to strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation and problem solving across local government departments.
The work includes implementation strategies, assessment matrices and roadmaps, training for community managers, monitoring and evaluation, and recommendations for sustainability. It also covers recognition for staff contributing to knowledge management and communities of practice.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is as a means of providing technical guidance and facilitating the implementation and development of Learning Communities (CoPs) within Regional Governments. This activity aims to assist Regional Governments in strengthening collaboration, facilitating knowledge sharing, and increasing the effectiveness of problem-solving through a Learning Community (CoP)-based approach. With this assistance, Regional Governments are expected to be able to optimally manage and utilize Learning Communities (CoPs), thereby creating a more productive and innovative work environment.
The objective of this consulting assignment is
- Improving the understanding and skills of Regional Devices in building and managing Learning Communities (CoP) effectively;
- Increase collaboration between Regional Devices in sharing relevant knowledge and experience, in order to improve synergy and organizational performance;
- Increasing the capacity of human resources (HR) in utilizing Learning Communities (CoP) for problem solving, innovation development, and process improvement in each Regional Device; and
- Establishing a sustainable Learning Community (CoP) that has a positive impact on internal capacity development and improving public services in the Regional Government.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
- Planning and preparation of strategies for implementing Learning Communities (CoP) in each Regional Device;
- Preparation of assessment matrix and roadmap for Learning Communities (CoP) in each Regional Device;
- Training and Capacity Development for Human Resources for Learning Community (CoP) Managers in each Regional Device;
- Monitoring implementation of Learning Communities (CoP) in each Regional Device;
- Evaluation of the progress of Learning Communities (CoP) in each Regional Device;
- Recommendations for the sustainability and development of Learning Communities (CoP) in each Device Area;
- Implementation of awards or Award for the perpetrator Knowledge Management and Learning Communities (CoP) within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government
