The purpose of this consulting service procurement work is to prepare Job Analysis Documents and Workload Analysis for Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Dumai City Government which can be used for the purposes of preparing employee formations.
The objective The benefits of this consulting service procurement work are the availability of Job Analysis Guidelines and Workload Analysis for the Dumai City Regional Secretariat in particular and the Dumai City Government in general to build professional and productive civil servants systematically to formulate accurate job information and in accordance with formation needs.
The preparation of the Workload Analysis within the Oil and Gas Technology Research and Development Center “LEMIGAS” includes:
- Developing data collection methods and procedures;
- Collecting data for each employee; And
- Compiling Workload Analysis Results.
