This assignment conducts a mid-term evaluation of the National Library's 2020–2024 Strategic Plan. It supports stronger planning, implementation, reporting and institutional performance management.
Activities include primary and secondary research, regulatory review, stakeholder consultations, analysis of strategic-plan implementation, discussion of the findings, and a final evaluation report.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is the preparation of a document resulting from the mid-term evaluation of the Plan. Strategis Library National 2020-2024.
The objective of this activity is:
- Improve awareness for work unit leaders and program managers and activities related to the preparation, implementation and reporting of documents National Library strategic plan;
- Improving the human resource capacity of the National Library in order to preparation for the implementation of a comprehensive performance management system.
The scope of work The work to be carried out for the Procurement of Consulting Services consists of:
- Collecting secondary information and data through various relevant sources;
- Collecting primary information and data through meetings, conferences and interviews with relevant stakeholders;
- Reviewing regulations related to the mid-term evaluation of the 2020-2024 National Library Strategic Plan;
- Compiling an analysis of the mid-term evaluation of the 2020-2024 National Library Strategic Plan;
- Conducting discussions on the mid-term evaluation of the 2020-2024 National Library Strategic Plan;
- Prepare the final report.
