This assignment prepares draft mayoral regulations for the establishment of regional technical implementation units (UPTD) in Surakarta City.
The scope includes primary and secondary research, stakeholder meetings and interviews, and guidance for participating departments on preparing supporting academic papers. Draft regulations are discussed and refined to clarify institutional arrangements and improve working relationships, followed by final reporting.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is the preparation of the Mayor’s Regulation document in the context of establishing the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Surakarta City.
The objective of this activity is:
Provide information and presenting documents about formation of UPTD;
Generating documents Mayoral regulation regarding the formation of UPTD;
Improve work effectiveness and patterns after the formation of UPTD within the Surakarta City Government
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
Collection of secondary information and data through various relevant sources;
Collection of primary information and data through meetings, conferences and interviews with relevant stakeholders;
Socialization regarding how to prepare Academic Papers to all regional devices that carry out the formation of UPTD, namely: Education authorities; Public health Office; Department of Public Works and Public Housing; Department of Transportation; DinasP3AP2KB; Department of Agriculture; Research and Development Agency; Department of Tourism and Culture; Department of Trade; Department of Environment; Cooperative Service.
Preparation of the draft Mayoral Regulation concerning the Establishment of Regional Technical Implementation Units (UPTD);
Discussion and refinement of the Mayor’s Regulation on the Establishment of Regional Technical Implementation Units (UPTD);
Preparation of the final report.
