Description of Assignment:
This open selection assessment program for high-ranking leadership positions has the following aims and objectives:
Identifying potential participants in the open selection for high-ranking leadership positions;
Mapping the managerial competencies of participants in the open selection for high-ranking leadership positions within the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs in accordance with the existing competency dictionary;
Identifying whether the ability soft skill (managerial competency) participants in the open selection for high-ranking primary leadership positions have met the competencies required by their positions; and
Results assessment become a reference for the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs to determine the passing of participants in the open selection for high-ranking leadership positions.
