Conduct approach that is : participatory where stakeholders (district education office, schools, teachers, etc.) are involved so that in general qualitative methods will be applied and pragmatic where the use of quantitative, qualitative ad hoc and methods which is needed
Menggunakan participatory methods standards such as Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interview face face structured and interviews suitable and methods survey quantitative and qualitative. Amain lat will become a design and monitoring framework tools for serve and used as tool reference / benchmarking during project.
