This assignment assesses the feasibility of Jakmart business operations associated with cooperation between Jakarta's regional-owned enterprises, including outlets at D'Arcici, MRT Dukuh Atas and PAM Jaya. The study supports business development, efficient food distribution and improved access to basic goods.
The scope includes primary and secondary research, in-depth interviews, and legal, technical, market, economic, financial, portfolio and risk analysis. Findings are consolidated into a feasibility study and final report.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is to provide services to trading activities and visitors at the outlets: (1) Jakmart D’Arcici, (2) Jakmart MRT Dukuh Atas and (3) Perumda PAM Jaya as a follow-up to the collaboration between the BUMD owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, namely: PT Jakarta Tourisindo, PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) and Perumda PAM Jaya which aims to stabilize the prices of basic necessities in Jakarta markets.
The objective of this activity is the preparation of documentation containing detailed information as an expansion of business development carried out by Pasar Jaya while also responding to the challenges of current business conditions by increasing the efficiency of food distribution by encouraging competition through creating conditions for transparent price discovery at relatively low costs and by increasing access to food procurement services for the people of Jakarta and its surroundings.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
- Collecting primary and secondary data on collaboration programs between BUMDs in DKI Jakarta;
- Conduct indepth interview with resource persons regarding the Preparation of a Business Feasibility Study for Jakmart BUMD DKI Jakarta;
- Conducting analysis in the preparation of the Jakmart Business Feasibility Study at the DKI Jakarta BUMD which includes:
- Legal Aspects;
- Technical Aspects;
- Market and Marketing Aspects;
- Economic Aspects;
- Financial Aspects;
- Portfolio Aspects; and
- Aspe Risiko.
- Compiling a Business Feasibility Study Report for Jakmart at DKI Jakarta’s BUMD;
- Finalization of the preparation of the final report of the Jakmart Business Feasibility Study at the DKI Jakarta BUMD.
