- Conducting a desk study for initial assessment of the capacity of Microfinance Institution Managers
- Determine capacity building programs
- Prepare pre- and post-implementation assessments of capacity building programs
- Conduct validity and reliability tests;
- Conducting supervision and evaluation of information dissemination through workshops
