The scope of work This consulting services procurement work consists of:
- Conduct a meeting to discuss the activity implementation plan (preliminary report);
- Conducting a study of the vision and mission, ideas/concepts in establishing a cooperative, cooperative needs, and cooperative management;
- Developing cooperative development architecture;
- Conducting progress meetings on activity implementation;
- Finalization of the architectural design for cooperative development and final activity report.
