- Provides a reference for planning and implementing business consulting and mentoring services;
- Improving the quality of business consulting and mentoring services;
- Provides references and indicators related to the minimum services that must be provided by business consulting and mentoring services to MSMEs.
The scope of work This consulting services procurement work consists of:
- Collection of secondary information and data through various relevant sources;
- Collection of primary information and data through meetings, conferences and interviews with relevant stakeholders;
- Preparation of a draft of minimum service standards for business consulting and mentoring services in accordance with the results of data and information collection;
- Discussion and refinement of the minimum service standard document for business consulting and mentoring services according to input and suggestions from stakeholders;
- Preparation of final reports and final documents of minimum service standards for business consulting and mentoring services.
