This assignment develops the Ministry of Health Corporate University blueprint and the overall design of its information system.
The scope includes organizational assessment, alignment and integration of learning systems, infrastructure-needs mapping, learning management system design, and review of existing training information systems. Description of Assignment:
The objective of this activity is to compile the Ministry of Health Corpu blueprint document and the grand design of the Ministry of Health Corpu information system.
The scope of work Procurement of this consulting assignment comprises:
- Preparation of the Ministry of Health Corpu Blueprint.
- Preparation of the Grand Design of the Ministry of Health Corpu Information System.
- Identification and mapping of infrastructure needs of the Ministry of Health CorpU
- Expert Discussion, data collection and discussion of the Ministry of Health CorpU concept
- Assessment and Evaluation of the Health PPSDM Organization in the context of harmonization and integration of the learning system with the Ministry of Health CorpU
- Infrastructure Modeling and System Design of Ministry of Health CorpU Solutions
- Discussion and advocacy of the Ministry of Health CorpU’s infrastructure and learning management system design with stakeholders and policymakers
- Identification of needs and assessment of the existing Training Information System as a reference in designing the Grand Design of the Ministry of Health CorpU Information System
