Description of Assignment:
Procurement selection activities Assessor Associate is the fulfillment of the needs of the activity Assessment Officials within the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Meaning. The purpose of the selection activity Assessor Associate The Ministry of Home Affairs has 35 (thirty five) people available Assessor Associate professionals to assist in the implementation assessment employees within the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Objective. Selection Objectives Assessor Associate Ministry of Home Affairs, are as follows:
- The short-term goal is to carry out employee assessments within the Ministry of Home Affairs which are carried out by Assessor Associate professionals accompanied by internal assessors from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
- The long-term goal is for the Ministry of Home Affairs’ internal assessors to gain experience/knowledge/flight hours from the assessors. Associate professional so that in the future it is hoped that the internal assessors of the Ministry of Home Affairs can carry out assessment independently, starting from the planning stage assessment, implementation assessment, reporting results assessment and give feed back results assessment to assessee.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
- Developing selection methods/instruments assessor associate including methods for disseminating this selection information to the public.
- Arrange the selection stages as follows:
- Announcement and Acceptance of Applications;
- Administrative Selection;
- Field Competency Selection;
- Interview Selection; and
- Announcement of Selection Results.
- Conduct verification/testing of candidate skills/knowledge and qualification documents assessor associate, with the following criteria:
- Have skills/knowledge in accordance with the provisions.
- Have qualifications according to the provisions.
- Ready to do assessment within the Ministry of Home Affairs according to the time determined by the Bureau of Personnel as evidenced by a statement of willingness signed on a Rp. 10,000 stamp.
