This assignment develops the 2022–2024 roadmap for human resource development and talent management in the Islamic economy and finance sector. It supports the national priority of a skilled and competitive workforce.
The scope includes literature review, gap analysis, stakeholder discussions and interviews, alignment of sectoral vision and strategy, and development of implementation and monitoring arrangements. Findings are consolidated into the roadmap and supporting study report.
Description of Assignment:
The objective of this work is the preparation of a Roadmap for the Development of Superior Human Resources (HR) and Management Talenta in the Sharia Economic and Financial Sector 2022 – 2024 which is in line with one of the focuses of the national strategic development agenda in the 2020 – 2024 RPJMN, namely related to quality and competitive human resources.
The scope of work This work includes the following activities:
- Conducting literature studies related to identifying problems, gaps (gap analysis), statement of problems, issues and challenges currently being faced;
- Conduct discussions, FGDs and interviews with all stakeholders;
- Prepare research proposals;
- Aligning the vision, mission and strategy for developing superior human resources and talent management in the Islamic economic and financial sector;
- Conducting the preparation and identification of strategic plans and implementation as well as monitoring the implementation of superior human resource development and talent management in the Islamic economic and financial sector 2022 – 2024;
- Prepare a study report on the roadmap for developing superior human resources and talent management in the Islamic economic and financial sector for 2022-2024.
