This assignment revises LPSK's 2020–2024 Strategic Plan using the findings of a mid-term evaluation. It supports stronger institutional planning and performance management.
Activities include primary and secondary data collection, regulatory review, evaluation of implementation, preparation and discussion of the revised plan, and refinement with stakeholders. Deliverables also include an institutional performance-indicator manual and inception and final reports.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is the preparation of the revised document for the 2020-2024 LPSK strategic plan based on mid-term evaluation.
The objective of this activity is:
- Improve awareness for work unit leaders and program managers and activities related to the preparation, implementation and reporting of documents LSPK strategic plan;
- Increasing the capacity of LPSK’s human resources (HR) in preparation for comprehensive implementation of the performance management system
The scope of work This activity includes several activities, namely:
Collecting secondary information and data through various relevant sources;
Collecting primary information and data through meetings, conferences and interviews with relevant stakeholders;
Reviewing regulations related to the mid-term evaluation of the 2020-2024 LPSK strategic plan;
Compiling an analysis of the mid-term evaluation of the 2020-2024 LPSK strategic plan;
Drafting the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan (revised);
Conducting discussions on the draft 2020-2024 Strategic Plan (revised) with all stakeholders in the LPSK environment;
Prepare improvements to the results of the discussion of the draft 2020-2024 Strategic Plan (revision);
Developing a manual of institutional level performance indicators;
Compile preliminary reports;
Prepare the final report.
