This assignment supports implementation of national education policies through the provincial education quality assurance institution in Jambi, covering 11 regencies and cities.
The work includes programme planning, advocacy and technical assistance to local governments, monitoring and evaluation, risk assessment and mitigation, and resolution of stakeholder issues. It also covers staff development through mentoring, coaching and training, coordination of consultancy activities, and progress reporting.

The purpose of this activity is to select or procure a consultant to accompany BPMP so that there is acceleration in both the work process and the results of strategic work programs. Kemendikbudristek.
The objective The purpose of this Consulting Services activity is to support the achievement of the strategic programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through the performance of BPMP so that they can be accepted and implemented in all provinces, districts/cities in Indonesia.
The scope of work The work to be carried out for the Procurement of Consulting Services consists of:
- Compilation Consultant work program plan (1-Provincial Level) related to advocacy activities, assistance with Central Government policies to the Regions, monitoring and evaluation of Provincial areas;
- Implementation of advocacy, mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation of Central policies to The areas in the Jambi Province consist of Jambi City, Muarajambi Regency, Sarolangun Regency, Merangin Regency, Kerinci Regency, Sungaipenuh City, Batanghari Regency, Tebo Regency, Bungo Regency, Tanjung Jabung Regency West, and East Tanjung Jabung Regency;
- Risk identification and mitigation;
- Facing issues, challenges and potential conflict resolution between stakeholders;
- Implementation of Human Resources (HR) development activities at BBPMP/BPMP through various mentoring/coaching/training approaches, etc.;
- Conducting analysis and reporting on all consultancy work activities in the Jambi Province area consisting of Jambi City, Muarajambi Regency, Sarolangun Regency, Merangin Regency, Kerinci Regency, Sungaipenuh City, Batanghari Regency, Tebo Regency, Bungo Regency, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, and East Tanjung Jabung Regency.
